The Curve Difference between Verizon and Sprint

The clash of titans can never get tougher, sending ripples across stock markets. The curve difference is really starting to prove this. The interesting part, however, is that the curve difference is caused by none other than the BlackBerry Curve. In a world filled with people who seek to own a BlackBerry for all their mailing and browsing needs, a tough choice would be answering which Curve to choose; and from whom. Yes, both Verizon and Sprint have got the same stuff.

Though these two carriers are providing the same internet services on phones made by the same manufacturer, there are a few differences too which we can show. Now for a warrior in the battle field, the slightest drop in defense would result in a fatality. The same has happened here as well, mainly due to these differences.

The new Verizon BlackBerry Curve comes with a gray finish, while Sprint introduced BlackBerry Curve with their sleek metallic finish. Different studies and surveys have shown the fierce style magnet which Sprint’s Curve possesses due to its black metallic finish. As a result, more people tend to go for the Sprint.

The icon arrangement also has variations in these two similar models supplied by the two different carriers. The icon placement in Verizon is traditional compared with that of the Sprint, where the icons are placed appropriately throughout. This icon arrangement is clearly visible during the start up sequence of both the phones. Moreover, Sprint is targeted towards youths and the young generation and is trendier. However, Verizon has easily customizable options related to background images and themes which will help users to a great extent.

The commonality which you will find between the two is the audio and video notes recording, which can either be saved into your phone memory or onto a SD memory card. EV-DO, GPS and a 3.5 mm universal audio jack, along with various other yet to come BlackBerry Storm 3 features, will ensure that you can make the most out of your BlackBerry - irrespective of the carrier.

Last but not least, the bottom line is always drawn by the consumer. The internet services offered by both Verizon and Sprint are exceptional and the major decisions are taken by the consumer. It is a fact, as of now, that there is an ongoing turf between these two giants with respect to the similar responsibilities they hold.
