Smart Phones is not a new term that puzzles any one’s mind or it requires curiosity. Phones are being used by most of us or we can say that there are merely who are away beyond its reach. Basic phones are rarely in use because mobiles have replaced them. When we go in history of phones we find that pager were the first to become famous among people then gradually mobiles, multimedia mobiles and now smart phones have acquired the place in today’s world. Smart phones are just an option for the people who are using the mobile most. The term smart is just given because of the multi function which it haves and makes easier for the user. It is just like a secretary which reminds future plans and what has been done in past as record. Receiving e-mails and sending the mails is most widely used in phones. So just to keep the track of demand and necessity of the customers these smart phones have been launched in market. Just to help in reminding the users of their daily activities and plans smart phones plays a vital role.

Laptops are invented for above mention purpose. Laptops were and still are in use but it could not be carry to most of the places suppose we have to go to attend any party such as marriage, birthday or any other place, it was really an impossible thing. Smart phones have multi functions with internet, call diverting, and call awaiting, memory for the future appointments and plans, alarm option and of course music loading from internet.

Blackberry one of the most famous brand in the name of smart phones but due to smart features and unique blend of technology its price was quite high and was not easy for every one to afford it. It has to be costly because it has lot of functions. Smartphone were more modified to get wireless connectivity for sending and receiving e-mails and all the PDA features were added to cell phones which resulted the forming of smart phones.
